На ресепшен был мужчина, который принял у меня оплату за продление, но мою карту ( от комнаты) не продлил и из-за этого были проблемы при отъезде: мы вернулись с прогулки собираться на дорогу, но карта не работала, хотя мое продление было до следующего дня. Мне пришлось бегать между этажами, и это все немного испортило впечатление от проживания в этом отеле. Из-за отношения 1 человека из числа персонала, не хочу снижать оценку, хотя у меня было ощущение сложилось как-будьто он специально сделал это все.

Плюсы:
В принципе все нормально , уборка каждый день , ежедневно несколько бутылочек питьевой воды,персонал готов помочь ,завтрак сытный и конечно месторасположение самого отеля
Минусы:
Отсутствие каналов ТВ с РФ , кроме ТНТ, интернет ближе к вечеру работал с глюками , завтрак заточен под Турецкий колорит

Месторасположение хорошее
Минусы:
Плохая вытяжка на кухне, во время завтрака можно полностью провонять едой. Немного хотелось бы чтоб посвежее была мебель которую используют в столовой и в СПА , чехлы на шезлонгах как будто старые и грязные . А так все хорошо . Депозит берут во время проживания, я первый раз такое вижу когда берут депозит . Они конечно возвращаются, просто сам факт, даже в Hiltone такого не наблюдал. Я бы поставил твердую 4 ку гостинице. Персонал очень хороший👌
