Плюсы:
Это было великолепное решение за время поездки вернуться снова в Рэдисон в Галле🙏🏻 Ни капельки не пожалели, хотя были сомнения по поводу погоды.
Погода в августе стояла отличная, дожди были несколько раз ночью.
Потрясающий персонал, девушки Тарука и Тилини просто one love🩷
Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины, разнообразная еда, хороший капучино (для любителей кофе😂). А сладкое и тортики - просто произведение искусства🌸
Каждый вечер развлекательная программа: живая музыка, пару раз попадали на представления и танцы с факирами)
А ещё там в номерах пуховые подушки и одеяла. Я обратила на это внимание, потому что везде поролон, спать неудобно и встаешь на утро с головной болью.
Номера чистые, уборка была каждый день, бутылок с водой не жалели, хотя нам в день полагалось всего 2 шт, в номер всегда приносили по 6 и более.
У нас с супругом остались самые теплые воспоминания, надеюсь снова вернуться сюда🩷

Плюсы:
Приветливый персонал , красивый вид с бара на крыше. Хорошая атмосфера. Хороший бассейн на территории отеля
Минусы:
В отеле очень странная система кондиционирования , при открытом балконе моментально образуется конденсат по стенам и потолку номера, в номере гардероб в душе, где очень влажно , размещать там вещи невозможно. Пляжа нет , купаться невозможно. Еда на 3 с плюсом, что-то можно поесть, но не уровень отеля 5 звезд.
Можно остановиться на 1-2 ночи , но не больше.

Понравилось всего 2 вещи:
- человек, который ответственный за чистую и красивую территорию + бар у бассейна. Правда он на своём месте и его персонал работает хорошо. Чисто, аккуратно, уборка пляжа от мусора медленная, но она есть!
- я попросила организовать красивый стол и торт на день рождения мужа и получила это вовремя и без лишних напоминаний, за что спасибо большое
Минусы:
- отель позиционирует себя как семейный (есть детский бассейн, игровая комната, стульчики для кормления, при въезде выдают стикеры и разукрашку ). При этом кровать для ребенка мы просили ШЕСТЬ раз (первый раз за 2 недели до приезда и получили подтверждение), детский матрас был очень грязный, в самой детской кровати из-за ее старости торчали гвозди и металлические соединения. На шведской линии на обед и ужин не острой еды НЕТ (я имею ввиду полный 0, тоесть даже овощи на пару "диетические" засыпаны чёрным перцем полностью ), кушать было нечего не только ребёнку но и мне. Вечером без какого-либо анонса танцы и шоу во время ужина предполагали артистов, которые глотали огонь и обжигали себе руки. Вопрос: как вообще вы это допускаете в семейном отеле? В зале было больше 10 семей с детьми, которым вы даете идею пойти глотать спички с огнём дома!!! И мы бы и рады встать и уйти, но нет куда, потому что в отеле 1 отдельный ресторан и он индийский (с очень острой едой).
- мой муж после первого ужина сильно отравился, больше на шведской линии мы не обедали и не ужинали
- в номере грязный пол как до, так и после уборки горничных. Половина светильников не работала, поэтому вечером в номере сумерки. Изголовье кровати, диван и подушки грязные до невозможного.
- нас поселили в семейный номер. У нас была межкомнатная дверь в соседний номер. Нас это не смущало, дверь закрыли да и все. НО, на вторую ночь у администратора хватило ума поселить во вторую комнату гостей из Китая. А это туристы, которые не знают английского, очень громко разговаривают, не идут на контакт и не открывают двери когда звонишь им и просишь потише. Как можно заселить в семейный номер разных гостей???
Какая разница выдаете ли вы при заселении ваучеры на бесплатное пиво или какие то скидки , если у вас абсолютно не налажены БАЗОВЫЕ вещи: чистота, порядок, наличие еды для людей из разных стран и эта еда должна быть свежая.

Новый семейный отель. До исторического г.Галле, 10 мин на такси. Номера современные, много мрамора и стекла и панорамные окна. На территории отдельно детский и взрослый бассейн. Пляж без волн (два волнореза) и прекрасный заход в море. Был признан лучшим семейным отелем. 3 ресторана на территории.
