Плюсы:
Понравилось чистота в отели , кондиционер работал , есть терраса, кровать большая , по прибытию дали в холле холодное полотенце и напиток 🥤
Минусы:
Не понравилось идти от отеля до пляжа там где куча туристов и улица прохладная , выходишь с отеля и попадаешь как на рынок , когда мы были , было много людей пенсионного возраста я так понимаю это их любимый отель , заселили в 15:00 сидели ждали 1,5 часа .

Плюсы:
Выбрали этот отель как базовую точку во время путешествия по Бали и островам. Сервис исключительный, буквально весь персонал готов помочь в любую секунду. Очень неплохие завтраки, всегда есть фрукты и фреши, круассаны объеденье , хоть я и не любитель сладкого.
Минусы:
Во вторую остановку взяли номер с частным бассейном, что было ошибкой. Он на первом этаже, огорожен бетонной стеной, чувствуешь себя как в подвале. Также удивило, что в отеле 5 звёзд нет халатов

Очень чисто в номерах! Уборка идеальная! Весь персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый!

Хотелось бы большего разнообразия на завтраки!
