Приветливый персонал, хорошие номера, хорошая зона для работы, хорошие завтраки, удобное месторасположение, рядом имеется пересадочный узел с метро, поездом, монорельсом и автобусами, также удобно добираться на такси, имеется камера хранения вещей.

Уборка каждый день, большинство персонала улыбчивые и отзывчивые, не плохой завтрак.
Минусы:
Ужасное расположение отеля в Индийско-Пакистанском районе, кругом грязь, бараки, вечером гулять страшновато, везде бездомные и попрошайки (даже в кафе). Мы хотели отменить заселение и вернуть деньги, но там отказали, якобы такая политика (вопреки законодательству Малайзии, по которому были обязаны вернуть деньги!). Сначала говорили «ноу проблем», потом что нет наличных денег в кассе, потом просто «мы вам ничего не вернем» и только после того как попросили вызвать администратора отеля, она нам помогла, но не возвратом денег, а переселением в другой отель (один и тот же хозяин), нас переселили в Hotel Stripes KL и это уже был отличный отель с отличным расположением!!!
