Хорошее место, атмосфера, сервис, просторный номер с большим вентилятором на потолке, большой бассейн, своя прачечная комната, большой выбор еды на завтрак - свежий сок, йогурты
рядом находится несколько кафе и набережная, до центра города - надо идти пешком 30 минут или 5 минут на такси GRAB
через дорогу есть два супермаркета, где можно закупаться всем необходимым

There are several cafes and the waterfront nearby; it’s a 30-minute walk to the city center, or a 5-minute ride by GRAB taxi.

персонал в столовой - должны быть тактичнее
староватое здание, пахнет сыростью иногда
нестабильный wi-fi
когда открываешь окно - сильный шум от кондиционеров
так же место для курения - во внутреннем дворе отеля и если у тебя открыто окно на 2 этаже, то сигаретный дым будет попадать в комнату

When you open the window, there’s loud noise from the air conditioners
Also, the smoking area is in the hotel’s courtyard, and if you have a window open on the second floor, cigarette smoke will drift into the room

Отель высокого уровня. При заселении на стойке регистрации подают welcome drink вишневый напиток и влажные полотенца для рук. В номере лучший унитаз-биде, который я встречала. Очень хочу купить такой себе домой. Обстановка, мебель, внимание к деталям. В онсенах атмосферая раздевалка, совершенно новая сауна. Живой бамбук вместо одной из стен в зале для мытья! Неплохой бассейн и зона отдыха. И конечно же чудесный персонал! В отеле очень милый магазинчик национальных вещей с приятными ценами.
Минусы:
От самих онсенов было больше ожиданий. Раздевалка и сауна отличные, но онсен - горячий бассейн, холодный бассейн и зал для мытья пока не обновили. Так же глазу хочется больше зелени.
