Ресепшен парни молодцы, хорошо встретили, отвечали на все вопросы и помогали. Белл бои тоже доброжелательные, помогли донести багаж до номера и ничего не попросили в замен.
Минусы:
С чего бы начать… Отель не тянет на пять звезд. Мы две молодые девушки, которые хотели попутешествовать и отдохнуть в хорошем отеле, в итоге получили плохой сервис и почувствовали пренебрежение от многих сотрудников. Многие работники не знают английского языка. В первый день, мы были очень голодными после полета и хотели поужинать в ресторане “Bistro Home” при отеле. Спросили у сотрудников(ресепшен, охранник) как можно добраться до этого ресторана, они нас отправили совершенно в другую локацию. Хотя ресторан “Bistro Home” находится в ИХ СОБСТВЕННОМ ОТЕЛЕ. Во второй день, мы решили сходить в СПА. Единственное не понравилось, что для того чтобы купаться в бассейне нужны были шапочки, которые сотрудники СПА продавали их за $10. Мы достаточно крупную сумму заплатили за процедуры СПА, и шапочки(даже если это правило отеля) должны были идти комплиментом. Или же, хотя бы где то до въезда в отель должно было упоминаться об правилах посещения бассейна. Также, мы сдавали нашу одежду в laundry и когда сотрудник принес нашу готовую одежду, он зашел в спальню хотя мы попросили подождать в прихожей. В один из вечеров, нам нужно было разогреть готовую еду, за чем я пошла на ресепшен. Они меня отправили в “Bistro Home”, после чего официанты этого ресторане отправили меня в ресторан “Tulip”, я бегала между ресторанами чтобы просто разогреть себе готовую еду. В ”Tulip” повара вечерней смены отказались разогреть мою еду, сказав что она не приготовлена ими. ХОТЯ мы ужинали в их ресторане до этого. В итоге, с недовольным лицом и обсуждаю на турецком меня с коллегой(я понимаю Турецкий язык), он согласился разогреть мне еду. Вообщем не советую для посещения!!! Работайте над сервисом!!
