Плюсы:
Хороший вай фай, чисто, убираются и меняют полотенца 2 раза в день. Вокруг лобби большой бассейн с карпами. Их много, они разные и очень красивые. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. В этом месте все сделано для комфорта и расслабления. Днем играет релакс музыка на бассейне, вечером недолго поет певица с красивым приятным голосом. Это не громко и не долго. Очень красивый вид на завтраке, бассейне и из окон. В целом, было чувство, что в этом отеле очень стараются для комфорта гостей.
Минусы:
Один раз сходили на пляж возле отеля и мне там не понравилось. Вода мутная, дна не видно. В общем, если важен отдых именно на пляже, то нужен байк, чтобы ездить на Чавенг Ной. Дорога занимает примерно 17 минут. Там вода красивая голубая и прозрачная. Ресторанов вокруг очень мало. Поесть можно и в отеле, только в отеле не самый вкусный ресторан острова и после одного ужина там, мне больше не хотелось есть там снова. Потому что на острове есть более вкусные места. Гулять там негде. Спасает ситуацию то, что вечером шаттл возит на ночной рынок, который находится возле красивой набережной с многочисленными ресторанами, тусовочными барами и фаер шоу.

Все очень понравилось, без нареканий, приятная цена.
Новые номера, очень чисто, не навязчивый персонал, вкусный ресторан.
Минусы:
Не пускают друзей в бассейн, наверное потому что много гостей. Понимаемо)

Практически идеальный отдых!
Место расположения, номера, персонал, сервис, всё это на высоком уровне. Отель только для взрослых, поэтому все кто ищет тишину и спокойствия, проветрить свою голову, вам сюда.
Минусы:
Отсутствие кондиционера в ресторане. В комнатах у кроватей большие выступающие деревянные углы. Будьте осторожны. Легко отбиваются ноги. Мы отдыхали на вилле и несколько раз ночью кто-то звонил в дверь и уходил. Мы так и не поняли с какой целью.
