wifi не работал. персонал данную проблему не решал. 4g тоже не ловил в номере. шумоизоляция отвратительная. в номере пахнет стариной. старая мебель и сантехника. завтрак очень скудный

При заезде не оказалось горячей воды. Спустя час так и не смогли исправить ситуацию, нас переселили на 1-й этаж. Там горячая вода была.
Совет: сразу проситесь на 1 этаж

Отель неплохо расположен, рядом есть варунги и магазины. Неплохие завтраки.
Минусы:
Отель очень уставший. Вода в бассейне не показалась мне чистой, но, самое главное, в номере, в который нас заселили, было грязное белье на кровати, после других постояльцев. Простынь была испачкана в помаде и еще в чем-то и вся в катышках, было видно, что на ней уже спали. Также отсутствовали полотенца. После того, как я сходила на ресепшн, белье поменяли и извинились. Но мне впринципе не понятно, как можно селить гостей в номер с грязной постелью? Ведь это-антисанитария. Халаты в шкафу воняют чужим потом, тоже грязные. Когда-то , наверное, это был неплохой отель. Но сейчас чувствуется упадок и экономия на всем. Отель не рекомендую даже за бесплатно.
